I will be laid off from UPS in the near future, and to continue my benefits would cost me over $600 a month! I have researched private options online and the best I can do is between $250 and $300 a month. My retirement pay will be $350 (I'm under 65, so can't get medicare.) I am one of the lucky ones, I have other income through my spouse. If not for that, I would be joining the ranks of the uninsured. THIS MUST STOP! The federal plan might not be the right one, but it's a start. Republicans need to contribute, not just block! Please be one of the voices for medical coverage for all, not just the financially able. Please be a voice for all Utahns to have access to health care that is within our means. Thank you. Becky,
