I have four bills sitting in the Senate. We worked hard on these bills and with a sense of urgency to get them out of the House so they could move to the Senate. And now they sit. The best way is to contact each Senator individually. Their emails can be found at the legislative site, http://www.le.utah.gov, then scroll on the left to Senate. The Rules committee is the group to target. Also, if you call the legislative Senate office and they will take a phone message from you and hand deliver it to the Senator at their floor desk.
